Wobbel Yoga is a combination of playful movement, balance exercises, cooperation games, wonderful stories and relaxation.
Thanks to the movement of the board, the yoga poses become more challenging and the adventures even more fun !
I offer yoga classes for children with or without the wobbel boards.
